We are here for you to help you remember your beloved companion, and can provide a compassionate service tailored to your needs
Whatever service you choose, your pet or equine friend will be cared for as if they were one of our own.
We understand how difficult it can be to make arrangements for their goodbye, and we promise to look after them with dignity and respect.
Individual Pet Cremation
If you choose individual cremation, your pet will be individually cremated and their ashes carefully presented in the casket or urn of your choice.
You’ll be provided with a cremation certificate confirming their service, and ensure that the ashes you receive are exclusively those of your beloved companion.
Your pet’s ashes will be returned directly to your veterinary practice, and they will contact you when they are ready to be collected.
Alternatively, you may wish to bring your pet directly to our crematorium and we can make all the arrangements with you.
Communal Pet Cremation
If you decide on a communal cremation, there will be no return of ashes, and your pet will be cremated with dignity alongside other pets.
You may wish to request a keepsake item or a certificate of communal cremation to keep in memory of your companion.
Our Remembrance Rooms
If you wish to say goodbye to your pet before their cremation service, you can make a booking at one of our remembrance rooms, Woodland or Ocean.
You and your family will be able to view your pet and say your final goodbyes in a safe and private space.
Our team are pet bereavement trained and will be able to provide you with a gentle welcome, comfort and support on the day.
Equine Cremation
We offer both individual and communal equine cremation services for horses, ponies and donkeys.
If your wishes are for an individual cremation, your companion will be cremated individually in an equine cremator that can accommodate any size of horse in its entirety.
If you choose our collection service, will provide a gentle and caring presence at your paddock, stable or veterinary practice. We use specialised vehicles, equipment and cremators to ensure your companion’s treated with dignity. To help ease the stress, we can offer you a free collection service within 50 miles (or first 50 miles free).
Our tasteful range of caskets and keepsakes offer you a lasting memory of your equine friend.
